The Journey So Far

Otaku began as a tentative ten-seat pop-up run out of a home kitchen - no dining room, no team, no safety net. Just a tasting menu for people who mostly came on the recommendation of someone who'd been before. Since then we've served over 500 guests, sold out almost every night, and been written about in Forbes and Square Mile. What started as an experiment became one of the most quietly talked-about tables in London.

Next is a permanent home -  one sitting a night, the same obsessive cooking, and a live jazz and wine bar beside it that carries the evening on long after dinner. The ambition is simple but serious: to build one of the great dining experiences in the country, targeting Michelin recognition, and to do it somewhere that always feels generous - a place people return to again and again.
